i finally have the movie ... i finished downloading it !!!
but i have a Q, when i open it with real player it says that i need to download a software to make the movie work >> the software or program is called ICM.H264. so if u know how to download it plz help me!!

I finished downloading the same time you did, to find that I have a file with only voice without pictures.
After 5 hours of searching for the file origin, find the fan's club, register, look for Nana movie. then I find out what is going on

We need to install a Codec to be able to watch the movie
Here is the Codec.

. download it, then install it to your computer. Try playing the movie with WMP instead of Real player, that is how I got it now.

i downloaded the program .. and finally the movie works .. but there arent any subtiteles

Good to hear from you again
Unfortunetly it is RAW movie ( without subtitles) but I personally didn't find it difficult to follow the movie even though my Japaneese language is rank 3 out if 10

Besides, if you read the manga, it will be easier to understand the movie simply because the movie events is EXACTLY like that of the manga ( till Vol 5) then the rest will be in 2007 movie as you said earlier.
Please give us your view and comments when you done watching it. I won't mention anything yet so that not to Spoil it
